
In our cosy The Glass Restaurant we are pleased to offer a traditional Italian cuisine, revised
according to seasonality and foodstuff freshness.
Our chef, Benedetto La Fauci, has collected a series of important experiences – for example Park
Hyatt and Bistrot Milan.
His recipes are simple, but his talent and lively inspiration make them
original and unique.
Home-made main dishes, fresh fish daily delivered…Amongst our dishes we would like to suggest:
selection of Porcini mushrooms (thinly sliced, fried and in salad), 5 peppers risotto and, from the
most famous Lombard tradition, veal cutlet with cherry tomatoes confit.
For lunch, we propose a rich buffet starting from euro 15,00.
